    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I feel that we should continue with the debate because we are the ‘Upper House’ and wisdom should guide us. I agree with what Sen. Orengo has proposed that we conclude the debate today and let the Senate Business Committee guide us in future. We have consumed a lot of time on this and many people have already given their views and debated on it. The other issue that should guide us is the need on the ground. I suggest that we conclude the debate today and be guided by the Senate Business Committee."
