    "content": "In my own opinion, it is better if we suspend or adjourn this debate until the Senate Business Committee (SBC) sits. We are lucky because many of the Members who sit in SBC are here with us. They can push in their meetings to ensure that this matter is prioritized and is dispensed with. By the time we are concluding on this issue, we should agree whether we are just debating for the sake of the process or we are debating to have quality process, at the end of the day."
