Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. has already moved, I want to draw his attention to Standing Order 105 (4), and I want to persuade him to withdraw his adjournment. I am sure he is even consulting his leader. It says: (4) A Senator who has moved or seconded a dilatory Motion which has been negatived may not subsequently move or second another such Motion during the same debate, whether in the Senate or in Committee of the Whole. I am persuaded even once the SBC gives the determination to this matter, that Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., will still have things to say on this specific debate.
