    "content": "I would like to appeal to the leadership of this House not to just look at this as a Bill but what it means when our House cannot legislate or oversight, to execute its mandate. There is the debate around the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) and whether we need two Houses or one. If you ask me, if this trend continues, I will be the first person to say, perhaps, that we do not need to be here. We may think that we are the “Upper House” by just saying that our people should get what they deserve.
