"content": "of our entire Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on health, and the people that cannot afford that health care are the poorest. If then we have only 7 percent being spent on health in a country where mothers face one in 40 chances of dying during child birth, so we are spending the least on life saving sectors like health but at the same time, we are losing Kshs1.2 billion equals to the amount that we could have used on health care in tax exemptions and tax dodging for the ultra-rich. There is unequal access to opportunities such as health care, education, and nearly one million children---. I would like to congratulate the Ministry of Education and the President for the 100 percent transition that we are trying to do but there are many children who are not accessing education as we speak and the reason being, there are a lot of things other than school fees that children need to stay in school."
