    "content": "If you look at the Government spending, and we have talked about that, about 2.6 million people fall into poverty or remain poor due to ill health each year. I know we have talked about people going to India and other many places and that quality health care may not even be available, now, we thank the Government for the push to have National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) cover the poor and all of us so to speak but again, these are areas guaranteed in our Constitution under Article 43, that we need to ensure that we start legislating and making sure there is framework for these."
