I beg to move- THAT, the Motion be amended by deleting the full stop at the end thereof, and inserting the following words “subject to the following amendments to the Report” – (a) By inserting the words – “and the inter-ministerial Committee on food security” immediately after the words Cabinet Secretary, the National Treasury and Planning and the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Arid Lands, appearing in paragraph three on page 11 of the Report. (b) By inserting the words – “and the inter-ministerial Committee on food security” immediately after the words “Cabinet Secretary National Treasury, Cabinet Secretary (CS) Agriculture appearing in column three of recommendation seven on page 111 of the Report."
