    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have kept those procedures up to when the Act changed. We are now applying the new law. The first one was the Workman’s Compensation Act. However, as we speak now, the Director of Occupational Health and Safety Board has reviewed those kind of cases. We found that some of the cases are as a result of what you have said. We have initiated that process of ensuring that we simplify the cases. The matter is now in court because sections of the Act have been suspended by the High Court and, therefore, as we speak, there are very limited cases which are being paid by the Directorate of Occupational Health and Safety."
