He is definitely an inspiration to our MCAs up there. Sen. Malalah is my friend. Therefore, I can say anything. First of all, I would like to thank the MCAs of Elgeyo-Marakwet County Assembly for visiting today. I can see the MCAs for Kapchemutwa, Moiben-Kuserwo and Kamariny wards. I can also see the three nominated MCAs. They are very important people in our county assembly.
