    "content": "I am sure many of my colleagues are aware that this is a matter of great national concern. Kenyans are asking many questions about the Huduma Number. I am sure colleagues are being confronted when they go to public functions to explain about the new thing that will be introduced. Therefore, it is important for this House to be furnished with the details of why this exercise is important, its benefits to the country and whether it was not possible to use already existing data as opposed to what is currently happening. Therefore, I request that the Committee expeditiously furnishes this House with the details. I thank you."
