    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I stand to add my voice to this and say that I support the Statement simply because I am a mother and a woman leader. We are here on behalf of the young people who are suffering in many ways in our country. We can understand the dilemma the Ministry of Education is in with an outstanding over Kshs7 billion, but Kenya can come up with a way of dealing with that and if we had planned well, we would not have been in this situation that we are in today."
