    "content": "It is sad for us, as a country, to arrest our children because of defaulting to repay money to the HELB, when they do not have jobs. Last weekend I was in my county going round markets, I came upon a young lady who is a graduate of Economics from the University of Nairobi selling tomatoes. You will find our boys, especially those who are being looked for over the last attack of DusitD2 Complex, some of them are graduates and they cannot get jobs. That is why they end up being radicalized. We need to implement solutions where we get job placement for them immediately they graduate from university. Finally, even in those counties, you will find that those who have low level education get high level jobs while graduates do not have jobs. We must have policies that give jobs to those graduates. Arresting them is a criminal offence. We should not allow it."
