We have not been given a report telling us the current status even after attending all those conferences. So, those who will go this time, the number is going to be very small so that they can bring us a report. Let this House also debate what the status is because we need to be told the status of women as decided in New York because that is where it will be known so that we know the status of women generally in the world and specifically in Kenya. So, please, those of you who will be attending that conference be advised that we will require you to bring us a report. Do not just go. Let me just disclose to the House that just this afternoon, I also did receive a letter from the Member for Mathare, Hon. Anthony Oluoch, indicating that he is a very ardent supporter of women and, therefore, Parliament should sponsor him to attend the conference on the status of women."
