    "content": "Hon. Members it, therefore, means that those two sessional committees are now constituted. However, the House remembers what Hon. John Mbadi raised. You also remember that the efforts to do what Hon. John Mbadi suggested were shot down on the Floor of this House in the last Parliament. However, in other jurisdictions, you will find a Committee on Standards. That was my intention at that time. I want to refresh your memory about the fact that the 11th Parliament shot down that proposal, which had been debated.
