    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I conclude by urging the Members of this House to rise up to the occasion and act in unison to help the people of Kenya to anchor this Constitution. If there was a time for the need of the House to act in a bi-partisan manner, now is the time. We must put aside our partisan differences and unite because this is a very critical stage coming as it does, after the mid-term as we now approach the next elections. I know the temptation is always going to be for people to try to look at this with a prism of 2012. If we focus our eyes on 2012, we run the risk of forgetting the most important task of anchoring this Constitution. My plea, therefore, is for all the aspirants who want to run for governorship, senatorship and the presidency to cast those ambitions aside for a while, so that we can concentrate on the very important task of implementing the new Constitution."
