Speaker, the House will recall that it recently passed the Sports Arts and Social Development Regulations established under the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act to avoid the creation of two funds under one statute. It is the intention of the Government to wind up the Sports Fund under the Sports Act. So, we already have a Sports Fund. In order not to create two overlapping funds, the Government feels that now we need to undo and repeal from the Sports Act, the current Sports Fund."
