    "content": "In a nutshell, Clause 2 of the Bill provides for the deletion of the definition of “Board of Trustees” and the words “National Sports Fund Board of Trustees” appearing under the definition of the Sports Instruments. Clause 3 proposes to amend Section 6 of the parent Act in order to remove the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Sports Fund from the membership of the Board of Sports Kenya."
