    "content": "Clause 11 provides for the amendment of the Fourth Schedule to the Act in order to provide transitional provisions for the transfer of assets, liabilities and staff of the current National Sports Fund Board of Trustees upon repeal of Part III of the Act. I, therefore, wish to request Hon. Members to support this Bill so that there is a comprehensive approach in the financing of the sports sector and eliminating duplication and overlap in the funding."
