"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, there is an issue of the regulations which have come on the Floor of the House. We annulled some of them in the Committee on Delegated Legislation. I want to agree with the Chairman, Hon. Munyaka, who has led by example. This House does very well in sports regionally. Sports are also good for health. If we have a sporting country, we will have a healthy country. People are able to burn fat and reduce many diseases such as high blood pressure and lifestyle diseases, including cancer.
