    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. Apart from aligning the administration and organisation of the board of trustees, there is also the management of the Fund. After perusing the Bill, I have seen that the Bill seeks to establish a fund. Looking at Clause 12, it seeks to establish a clear source of funds but there is very minor explanation on how they shall be utilised. Going forward, because this is just the Second Reading of this Bill, I believe it is important to bring amendments so that we can identify the areas this Fund will be handling. Otherwise, we will leave the board with so much powers of just sitting down to decide which sportsperson will be paid what amount of money or what sporting activity needs to be supported.
