    "content": "If you look at the transition of staff, they are saying that they will have to re-apply for their jobs and be vetted afresh. Some of these people used to hold other jobs. They applied for this job and now you are telling them that when the new Fund comes in place, they will re-apply for their job. That is wrong. We have a precedent in this country. For example, when the Electricity Regulatory Board changed to become the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), there was no such transition mechanism that the staff has to re-apply for jobs and be vetted."
