    "content": "In a nutshell, I wish to state that the Sports Fund should build capacity. That can only be done by making sure we involve the players or stakeholders down there. The Fund must be utilised bottom up and not top bottom. If we leave people to sit in boardrooms to decide and not involve stakeholders down there, then we will be giving them the luxury of opening a door for corruption since we have seen several funds abused in the country."
