    "content": "Secondly, on the Fund, the Committee should incorporate what other Members have mentioned about past talents. Those who have performed very well in various fields in the past are many and need to be supported or some mechanism of support be provided for them. Among those who excelled, for example, in my constituency, in 1967, we had a cyclist who was the African champion. He is still alive today. But one cannot easily now recognise that he was a champion worth talking about. We need to ensure that the Fund provides support to the athletes and sportsmen of the country who performed well sometime back."
