    "content": " Hon. Speaker, according to the law, the new commission is supposed to come in place 14 days after the other one leaves. That is what the law says. The President initiates the process of selecting the new commission. So, I think there is nothing that is lost. What is interesting is how the law is put; that we can only have a new commission 14 days after the other one leaves. That is when the President can start the process of identifying a new one. That committee wanted this process done earlier."
