    "content": "Hon. Speaker, that is the gist of the Motion. Wednesday morning is a very important day in the calendar of the House. Since we were sworn in August, no Private Members’ Bill has been brought forward. The problem has been the delay in the Budget and Appropriations Committee, whose Chair I want to thank because in dealing with this Motion, he has cleared over 30 Bills."
