    "content": "the BPS, up to the time we start work on the Supplementary Budget and the Annual Estimates, again, we shall have no other business other than considering Members’ legislative proposals. Therefore, I want to give the House our assurance that we will expedite all these proposals as they fall due. The vice-chair is also here and many Members of the Budget and Appropriations Committee are here. Finally, there are a number of proposals that Members, including myself, have requested to be stood down for various reasons and again that is allowed. With that, I beg to second the Motion and urge Members to adopt and pass it, so that we can get meaningful business to transact on Wednesday morning. I beg to second."
