    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. This is a very important Motion. I want to thank the Leader of the Majority Party for bringing it. Wednesday mornings are normally meant for Private Members’ business. You must do a lot of research to bring a Bill in this House. It needs a lot of time. It is very frustrating when you bring a Bill only for it to be taken to the committee and then it is delayed because of laxity. I did about six legislative proposals. It is now six months and we have only done one Bill. I cannot trace my five Bills."
