    "content": "If any person, be it the CS or any other public officer is of that view, then they should request the Committee to sit in camera to prove information. Otherwise they may not be allowed as you rightly pointed out to get away with this and especially because it is a matter of recruitment. I think as people’s representatives each and every one of you is entitled to such information. In the circumstances therefore, I direct that the CS does appear before the said Committee for Defence and Foreign Relations to answer that aspect of the Question that Hon. Mulyungi has raised. Should the CS feel that the matter would in any way compromise the national security, he may request the Committee to sit in camera but information may not be denied to the people’s representatives. So, the CS is directed to appear and provide that information."
