    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. As I support it, I want to inform Hon. Kabinga, the Member for Mwea that, indeed, what he has said is true in terms of inequitable distribution of NG-CDF. But initially, I want him to note that in the last Parliament, the NG-CDF was not distributed equally. The formula was changed afterwards and this was very unfair.
