"content": "While I strongly belief, that the parameters we use in allocating the NG-CDF resources is not equitable at all, I want to consider going to the Supreme Court to take a very hard look at the constitutionality of the NG-CDF Act. If equitable distribution of resources is one issue recognised in our constitution, I want to know if the NG-CDF Act is constitutional because it does not take the parameter of equitable allocation of resources into account. It only looks at equality and that is why they take the amount of money availed to us and divide by 290 constituencies. Therefore, we all get equal amount of money, whether you are the tiniest constituency in the heart of Nairobi like Kibra, or the largest constituency in Kenya like North Horr."
