    "content": "The NG-CDF has actually changed the lives of millions of Kenyans. Until the NG-CDF was introduced in the country, the issue of inequity in Kenya was very pronounced and glaring. Right now, because of NG-CDF, we can see the face of Kenya beginning to change. We are seeing the eradication of mud-walled classes and children studying under trees. Unfortunately, there is a challenge, if you actually look at the way NG-CDF is disbursed. It does not take into account the realities on the ground."
