I even stopped funding security projects. We are only funding education. With 80 secondary schools and 166 primary schools, it is very difficult. Some of them are new. They were started in the last five years. It is very difficult to support all these projects. My brother, Hon. John Waluke, will attest to it. He has had to visit my constituency and found it very difficult, but we have been trying."
