    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. First and foremost, I would like to congratulate the Committee for the work well done. This is bringing the future of what we are doing and what ought to be done with the NG-CDF. For many years, even when I was a Member of Parliament, I observed a lot of development projects, which were being done by the NG-CDF particularly in the education sector. I understand that through the NG- CDF, we are supposed to do projects in the education and security sectors. At the same time, the funds are not enough."
