"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Census results that were released by the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 the other day show that there are more women than men in Kenya. So, why would a Kenyan man leave all those women and go and get a fellow man to marry? So, that was propaganda and besides, the Constitution says that you are allowed to marry a person of the opposite sex. It also says that abortion is not permitted. The process of public educations is going to start. It is going to be done county by county so that we can dismantle the effects of that propaganda."
