    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to contribute to the Statement. I first want to support the position of the Member that we need to be more considerate, as a country and as a society, towards our people with disabilities. We appreciate the challenges family members go through when they have a person with disability. It is very difficult to take care of such children. They are very expensive. It is only fair that the Government steps and helps such families to mitigate some of the challenges they face. I have seen some cases where children are supposed to go to school, but the schools are a lot more expensive than ordinary ones considering the kind of gears you need to buy for such children when they join these schools. We have a duty as a Government and as a society to ensure that children are given an advantage just to catch up with the children that we have in our society."
