    "content": "inconvenience enough and we do not want to load a lot more to families or individuals who already are discriminated by the society and families they come from. Sometimes when we do not have well informed parents, children with disabilities go through hell. Some of them have proven their case and done extremely well to make contribution to the society and some of them serve at a very high level. If we appreciate where they are coming from, then we need to support many of them because that means that more will have a chance to excel if we create an enabling environment and infrastructure to enable them to achieve their full potential."
