    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to echo the sentiments of my sister, Hon. Ghati, on the plight of people living with disabilities. They experience mobility constraints. Just like education, transport is an equaliser and a catalyst that facilitates access to other sectors. We need to appreciate the fact that disability is part of our lives and it needs serious consideration in terms of planning from the policy makers, researchers and the people who implement different programmes.
