    "content": "Today, the management of TVET institutions cannot trace where the teachers are or which teachers are working and how to discipline them. So, there is a gap on how the teachers are being managed. I support this Petition because we need to have a proper law that will make strong TVET institutions which will manage the teachers the same way teachers are managed at the TSC."
