Deputy Speaker, I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning the following Question: (a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that Nairobi County has not utilised the funds meant to cover emergencies for affirmative action groups as allocated from the National Government Affirmative Action Fund? (b) Could the Cabinet Secretary state how the funds for the Financial Year 2017/2018 were utilised and measures taken by the ministry to ensure that the funds are equitably shared and prudently spent?"
