    "content": " I hope this one works. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wish to join the House in supporting this Motion. I want to commend the Committee led by my friend, Hon. Kathuri and his team for the very well done report. For once, the team was able to go to the relevant regions of this country and talk to fund managers, chairmen and members of committees and hear their views. There are three points that I wish to address to the committee. One has been raised before and it is the issue of acting officers. Right from the CEO of the board Mr. Mbuno, who has been acting for so long, time has come for these officers to be confirmed. That trickles down to the offices of regional coordinators and even fund managers."
