    "content": "Let me also raise this issue of the requirement for emergency funds. The Government has said there will be a 100 per cent transition to secondary school. We have a total of 125 primary and secondary schools in my constituency. This transition has worked very well. However, there is a very big challenge where extra classrooms are required in almost all the secondary schools. Some students are squeezed in the classrooms and dormitories. I wish we could have more emergency funds or something to be done because there are extra students who are joining secondary schools. I wish the Government would fund NG-CDF through an emergency fund this year, so that we would construct at least one classroom per secondary school and expand their dormitories and dining halls because this is an emergency."
