    "content": "The NG-CDF board has not been constituted for a long time. In fact, we have problems with the operations of the NG-CDF because the board does not meet often. We are told that the board is not completely constituted. This should be expedited. We should demand that it should be done as soon as possible because when we try to do various activities within the NG-CDF, we are told that the board is not there to approve. So, we would like to see a board in place as soon as possible."
