    "content": "What I would like to add to the Members of Parliament that handle NG-CDF is that one section of education is totally left out. You concentrate a lot on classrooms and dormitories, but you forget about libraries. Libraries are very important for a school and if we do not put a lot of effort there, then we will not be able to handle education very well."
