    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, although I have not received the written reply, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware, that in the recent past, several homes in Suna West and Suna Wasimbete Location, Migori District have been invaded by cattle rustlers that resulted in the loss of cattle which were driven to Tanzania, and that on the night of Sunday 22nd August, 2010, six head of cattle were stolen from one Mr. Otieno at Maemba Saba by cattle rustlers? (b) Is the Minister further aware that on or about 22nd August 2010, armed robbers attacked and robbed two youths of all their clothes and shoes in the same region? (c) What plans does the Government have in place to ensure the stolen cattle are recovered and what support is the Government extending to Community Policing which could help curb cattle rustling and other incidents of insecurity in the region?"
