    "content": "I want to conclude because of the challenge of time, so that another Member can have a chance to contribute. This investment in security has been left entirely to NG-CDF. Police officers are not housed. They have huts and nothing happens there. The administrators are not housed. The national Government must provide some money to improve that infrastructure. We see billions moving everyday, which exceed the amount of NG-CDF in total. I hope that the national Government will see it fit to think about this country and put monies where it matters."
