"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also stand to welcome our hon. Members together with my colleagues; hon. Senators and you. Kirinyaga is a famous place that we are all fond of. I have interacted with many people from there through the church. I have visited Kirinyaga on different occasions. It is a good sign that when you are planning on visiting people and before you visit them, they come to you. It shows that they are ready for us. We are happy to have them and ready to consume the rice and every good thing that is there."
