    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to join my colleagues in welcoming the delegation from Kirinyaga. As I welcome them, I would like to thank them. Recently, my Committee; the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries made a trip to Kirinyaga and the County Assembly of Kirinyaga gave us a very good welcome. Through you, Hon. Speaker, I wish to thank them as we look forward to joining them next week for the Devolution Conference. I know that the people of Kirinyaga are my neighbours. I know that all of us can expect good things in Kirinyaga because the people there are wonderful. I expect that all of us will enjoy in Kirinyaga and learn good farming methods particularly in horticulture, coffee and macadamia which are abundant there."
