"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to join you in welcoming the delegation from Kirinyaga County. I went to Kirinyaga in the company of Gov. Oparanya. We went there to look at the status of preparedness for the Devolution Conference. I can report that they are fully prepared and ready to welcome us. We were welcomed at that particular time by Gov. Waiguru. She did a very commendable job by taking us round to see how prepared they were. They are ready to meet us.
