    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to join in welcoming the delegation from Kirinyaga County. One thing that we are aware of is that rice comes from Kirinyaga County. One thing that I must take home to Kisumu County is why there is a lot of rice from Kirinyaga, that is, Mwea Rice, in all the supermarkets, yet there is none from Ahero. That is the secret that I would like to learn from them, so that we replicate in Kisumu County. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
