    "content": "I am of the considered view that the Committee on Education together with Sen. M. Kajwang'’s Committee should interrogate this because it is an audit query. The programme should not change before we find out whether or not laptops were purchased, how much money was spent and where those laptops are. Who buys sofa sets and then thinks of buying or building a house? This sort of lopsided programme is only an attempt to cover up. It is yet another scandal."
